What is your refund policy?

We believe you will be 100% satisfied using Ship.com for your shipping needs!


If you decide that our service will not work for you then we understand.

Upon cancelling your account you are eligible for a full refund on any funds in your shipping balance, but not your subscription payment.


After canceling, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your billing cycle.


To cancel your account just go to your Billing Settings page. You can also use this tutorial as a guide on how to cancel.

If you would like a refund on your shipping balance please email us at help@ship.com.

We will be able to refund your shipping balance to the payment method the funds came from. We cannot issue a refund to a different payment method.
