How do I cancel my account?

While we hate to see any of our users leave, we understand you have to do what is best for your business!  You have full access to cancelling or downgrading your subscription at any time from your account.


When you have logged into your orders dashboard you will want to access your profile icon in the upper right of your page. From here you will select “Settings” from the drop down menu and then the “Billing” tab on the Settings page.


Your billing page is where you can make any changes needed to your account such as downgrading your account to our FREE Starter subscription or cancelling your subscription.


To cancel your account you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the button “Click here to Cancel Your Account”.  This will prompt a box to pop up that includes a few questions to answer to give us some feedback about our system.


After completing the questions and selecting to cancel, you will maintain access to your current subscription level features and toolset until your next subscription date, which is when your cancellation will be finalized.  


Once our support team has received your cancellation request we will reach out to you to let you know we have received and processed your cancellation.  


If you have any trouble when cancelling you can email us at help@ship.com. Please make sure and include your email address and phone number to help expedite the cancellation process. You may receive a refund on any funds left within your account for postage if you request the refund via email to help@ship.com.


Note: If you are canceling because of financial reasons, we are happy to work with you on custom pricing to see if we can meet the needs of your business.
