Here are some frequently asked questions when syncing your Shopify and Ship.com accounts!
Do I have to sign up with Ship.com before I can link my account?
You do not need to have a Ship.com account before you can add your Shopify store. If you add Ship.com through the App store then you'll be prompted to create an account.
Can I sync multiple Shopify Stores to Ship.com?
Yes! If you have multiple Shopify Stores you will be able to link a second store. Just follow our Brand Modal tutorial to find out how!
When does Shopify import an order?
Your Shopify orders will not be imported into Ship.com until they have been marked as paid through the Shopify store. Once your order has been marked as paid then it will automatically appear on your Orders Dashboard!
When does Ship.com update the order within Shopify?
Ship.com will update the order within Shopify once an order has been marked In Transit within Ship.com. You'll be able to access the tracking information from your Shopify account at that point.
Can I send tracking emails through Shopify?
At this time you can only send the tracking email through Ship.com.
Am I going to be charged extra for connecting Shopify to Ship.com?
There are no additional fees associated with linking your Shopify and Ship.com accounts. If you have a Legacy or Affiliate pricing then we will honor that pricing through the Shopify store.
