Use the following steps to automatically sync your new orders to our system. You will need to do one CSV upload after you set up the forwarding to import any older/open orders in your account.
If you don't already have it handy, you'll first need to get your forwarding address from your Ship.com account.
Locate my Ship.com Forwarding Address
Log into your Gmail account, and click Settings.
Click the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab, then click the "Add a forwarding address" button.
Paste your Ship.com Forward Address into the box and click Next, and then Proceed
Wait a couple of minutes for the confirmation process to complete automatically. Our System takes care of this!
Go to your main inbox, and type "noreply@lularoebless.com" then press ENTER.
Click the little down arrow on the search bar.
Click "Create filter with this search >>" in the bottom, right of the drop down.
Check "Forward it to:", choose your Ship.com Forwarding Address from the dropdown, and click Create filter.
That's it! Your orders will now magically appear in your Ship.com desktop app!
You now may have a red bar at the top of your Gmail window. Google puts this here for security purposes, and it disappears after 7 days. This is perfectly normal.
