How do I process a refund on a shipping label?

When you cancel a shipping label in our system create a pending cancellation and automatically add the funds back to your account after a 7 day waiting period. If you are ever unsure about whether the funds were added back, just check your Reports.

The shipping label associated with the order that is canceled will show "Cancel Pending". After 7 days you will see a new entry in your Reports where the funds are returned to your account.
