How do I update my email(s)?

Login into Ship.com mobile app and edit your profile settings.


To view your profile settings go to the Profile tab and select the tool icon in the upper right corner of your screen.


You will be able to add or remove an email from that screen.


Can I add multiple email accounts?

Yes! Ship.com makes it easy to add multiple Gmail accounts so you can track all your incoming packages with whatever email(s) you use to shop online.


You can add and remove email addresses from your Ship.com profile at any time.
