How do I send an email through the Orders and Customers Page?

There are two ways to utilize our email marketing features if you are subscribed our Growth plan.

Sending Emails through the Order Page

First locate an order for the customer you would like to send an email.

Next click the three dot menu to the right of the order.

Select "Send email" through the drop down menu.

Use the Email editor to either select a template or write an email from scratch.

Sending Emails through the Customer Page

Use the search bar to locate the customer you would like to send an email.

Click the button "Send Email".

Use the Email editor to either select a template or write an email from scratch.
