How do I customize my Reward Email

You'll need to make sure you have your Rewards set up before updating your Reward Earned Email

Updating the Reward Earned Template

First you'll want to navigate to your Email Marketing Tools.

From there you'll want to make sure you're on the Ongoing Email tab.

To update the content of the Reward Earned Email you'll want to click the pencil icon beside the Template named "Reward Update".

That will open the body of the email for you to edit as needed.

When you're done updating the template you'll want to make sure and click to "Save Template" at the bottom of the page to update the email template properly.

It's a good idea for you to send a test email to yourself to make sure the email will look the way you want

Schedule the Reward Earned Email

You can also update when your customer receives the Reward Earned email.

First you'll want to navigate to your Email Marketing Tools.

From there you'll want to make sure you're on the Ongoing Email tab.

To update the time that the Reward Earned Email is sent you'll want to click the pencil icon beside the schedule for your Reward Earned email.

The default schedule is to send the email one day after a Reward Point is earned.

A Reward Point is officially earned when an order is marked as Paid within Ship.com

We will send only 1 Reward Earned Email per order, even if your customer receives multiple points in an order

Turn off the Reward Earned Email

Finally, if you would like to turn off your Reward Earned Email you can easily do so by clicking the green dot beside the Reward Earned campaign.

This will keep the campaign active within your account, but will prevent any emails from sending based on those rules.

This is helpful if you'd like to transition into a new Reward system, but would like to continue calculating points for your customer's orders.
