Updating your shipping address on your desktop app is easy and only takes a few steps!
First open the Ship.com desktop app and visit “Settings”.
Navigate to “Shipping” and update your “Ship From Address”
Next Update your “Return To” address if it’s different from your “Ship From Address”
If you “Ship From Address” and “Return To” addresses are the same, simply click the button marked as “Return packages to your Ship From address”
Updating your Ship.com address on your mobile app is easy and only takes a few steps!
First open the app so you are viewing the Track screen.
Navigate to the Connect tab along the bottom navigation bar.
You have two pages on the Connect tab- Friends and Addresses.
Click to open Addresses and view your current saved addresses.
Simply click on the address that you would like to update.
The next screen will have a button "Change Details".
Once you've selected that button you will see a box that allows you to update your address information.
When you are satisfied with your changes just select Save in the top right corner of the screen.
Congratulations, you've just updated your Shipping Address!
