First, if you don't already have it handy, you'll need to get your forwarding address from your Ship.com account.
Locate my Ship.com Forwarding Address
Visit the Outlook "Rules" settings page by clicking the button below. If prompted, log into your Outlook account.
Visit Outlook "Rules" Settings Page
Your screen should look something like this:
Click the "+ Add new rule" link.
Give your rule a name (Ex: "Etsy Invoice Forwarding"). Under "Add a condition", click the dropdown and choose From.
Enter "email@example.com" in the text box to the right of "From", and press ENTER.
Under "Add an action", click the dropdown and choose "Forward to".
Paste your unique Ship.com Forward Address into the text box to the right of "Forward to."
NOTE: You have a Ship.com Forwarding Address that's unique to your account. It's not the same as the one in the screenshot shown below.
Click "Save" at the top of the screen.
That's it! Your orders will now automatically appear in your Orders Dashboard.
