Your dashboard URLs have changed from ship.com/homepage to app.ship.com/homepage

The only change is the URL so if you have bookmarked the old URL you’ll just simply need to update your bookmarks!


And not to worry, your login page will stay the same.

Check out the newly updated Rewards - an integrated buyer loyalty tool that enables sellers to reward buyers and encourage repeat purchases.  Create automated campaigns to increase customer engagement and loyalty while increasing customer retention, repeat purchases, and profits.


How it Works

The Ship.com shipping platform includes a set-it and forget-it rewards program that allows sellers to assign points for purchases and automatically track customer progress.

The program provides the flexibility of setting simple goals based on customer engagement, including “number of items purchased” and “dollars spent”;

Emojis help customers track their gift progress and keep them engaged;.

Sellers can set, restart, or reset programs automatically.

Ship.com What’s New, Updated, Fixed

ShipLive

New, Comment Purchase After Live - ShipLive now allows you to set per broadcast when customers can make comment purchases from a sale after you are no longer live! Just choose ‘Replay Purchasing’ when creating your broadcast.

Update, Buyer Registration - You can now collect a customer’s shipping address directly from their Facebook Registration page. Customers can update their registration by going to ship.com/register and then logging into their Facebook account.


ShipOrder

Fix, Mobile App - Some users were experiencing their inbound/outbound packages in the incorrect spot. This has been resolved and now all packages are shown in the correct column for tracking.

Fix, Quote Tool - Minor issue around some USPS shipping options generating a price. This was resolved and all prices are showing when you need a quote.

New, Automatic Comment Response- Implemented an automatic comment response to help guide customers through a sale. This improvement will automatically respond to customers when they win a product, when they do not make a purchase, and when they need to update their comment to make the purchase.

Update, In App Messaging- Improved automatic messaging for customers who still need to register.

Update, Video Quality- Upgraded servers to improve video quality and scale.

New, ShipLive Stream with Phone as Camera-  You simply click on the camera icon to the right of “Connect and Go Live”, select your Phone as Camera and Scan the QR code to activate your phone. You will be able to view your live from your phone while easily running your inventory and viewing comments during your Live on your desktop.

Update, Camera Ratios- Ratios were updated for both a mobile and desktop camera to ensure better viewing quality.
