How do I get a copy of my receipt from Ship.com?
We currently do not automatically email a copy of any payment receipts to your account, but you can easily access and print your Payment History from your Settings Page. Just access your Billing Settings page to view or print your Payment History at any time.
What is your refund policy?
Upon canceling your account you are eligible for a full refund on your shipping balance, but not your subscription payment. After canceling your subscription, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your billing cycle.
How do I update my email?
You can easily update your email from your Settings. This would be found by going to your Settings icon found in the left navigation bar.
Subscription Questions
Can I get more labels but stay on my current subscription?
You can easily add additional labels to your current plan when you have reached your plan’s limit! If you find that you are shipping more than normal, you can add additional labels for the month for $10.
How much does it cost to use Ship.com?
There are typically two parts to payment with Ship.com- Subscription and Postage. We have three subscription tiers, Starter($0/mo), Growth($19/mo), and Executive($29) that you can pay either monthly or annually. Postage prices will vary depending on the package being sent and the carrier, but we are confident we have some of the best rates around! You will always spend less than you would at the Post Office when using Ship.com.
What are the different subscription options?
We offer three unique subscription packages to accommodate the varying needs of our users. Our Starter package is a great option for those who are just getting started and are testing the waters for shipping with their business. Our Growth package is ideal for those who are looking to expand their business and would like to take advantage of some of our marketing options. Our Executive package gives business owners unlimited access to all of our tools and features to make managing their business the easiest it’s ever been! What is the difference between an annual and monthly subscription?
With an annual subscription you can save 25% on your subscription fee! Annual subscriptions are paid in one lump sum and you won’t need to make another subscription payment until the following year. Monthly subscriptions would be paid on the same day each month as long as you have an active subscription.
